About the Session
The Come and Try sessions will begin at 11am for equipment setup and briefing. It is important you arrive no later than 11am so as to allow sufficient time for equipment fitting without delaying the shoot. Shooting will commence at 11:30pm and typically finishes around 1:00pm. There will be assistance for you to become familiar and comfortable with the bow so you can enjoy the experience.
You are encouraged to arrive even earlier so that you can observe Club members participating in the weekly Club shoot, and see the varied types of equipment/styles that are in use for the sport of Target Archery. The round can be observed from a safe position behind the equipment line.
All equipment hire is included in the cost of the session. Closed footwear must be worn. No open footwear such as sandals or thongs is allowed under health and saftey rules. Appropriate clothing should be worn; we would suggest a t-shirt with no beads or dangling objects as these may clip the bow string and damage both the equipment and your possessions.
Should you have any further questions please feel to drop us an email at the address below.
We hope to see you soon!
